How to do Internet Marketing? - A new series of e-mail training - Insight of the Day ********************************************************** Hi, As a career coach, I always remind my clients to try and stay calm when they are going through a difficult time. Our lives are very busy, sometimes too busy. So it is very easy for us to get distracted by what is going on in our surroundings every day instead of focusing on the big picture, our goals in life. Gradually, we become lost. We lose our direction. How often have you asked yourself this question: "What am I heading for? Where am I going in my life? " Again, just like I talked about last time, I can't give you the answer. You need to develop your own ability to find out the answer within yourself. Oh, sure. Easy enough for you to say, you're thinking, right? But how am I supposed to find the answer within myself? Find a place where you can relax. It should be a place where you won't be disturbed by other people, phones, fax machines, etc. Get comfortable and then focus your eyes on something in the distance. For example, you can contemplate a tree in a park outside your office window. Now take a deep breath and begin to feel yourself relax. Slow down your thoughts and gradually try not to think of anything. This is a technique similar to meditation. In fact, I call it, "open-eyed meditation". Your brain is very powerful. Our subconscious mind is constantly helping us find out what is best for us. When we are too busy and too disturbed by our surroundings, we lose contact with our subconscious mind. This exercise will allow you to cool down your emotions and start to get connected with your mind and your body. Gradually you will find that you can get in touch with your goals and career objectives, even as you are buried in your busy day-to-day work. This technique can be combined with another technique I have shown you before: "How to Increase your Productivity and Achieve Everything You Want in Life" available here: http://www.itotalsearch.com/cgi-bin/c/click.cgi?id=44 After 15-minutes of this exercise, go back to your desk and write down anything that pops into your mind. You'll be amazed at the quality of the ideas and thoughts that come to you this way. It is because you are now using the very best time to learn the messages from your subconscious mind. Of course, it is trying to guide you to your own best results and goals. Practice this 15-minute "open-eyed meditation" every day and let me know how you feel. I'm sure you will find yourself more focused on what you've been doing everyday and you will more easily achieve your goals in life. *************************************************** This course is about to start........
