Employers are looking for employees who can
work independently. So are you going to sell that you can solve all the
problems by yourself? I guess you would
not quite agree to it. Yes, employers don¡¦t want to be asked for help at the
last minute in your job. So you have to be well connected to your employers for
your problems/difficulties as well.
So in answering this question, remember you
have to strike the balance between the independency of your work and the good
communications with your supervisors.
The good answers involve your intimacy to solve the problems by your effort
and at the same time able to leverage the company's resources including
your boss in your daily issues.
Remember to sell your urge to handle the problems yourself (to show your
ownership of your work) but also seeking "respectable" advise
from your boss if necessary. Raise examples in the past that demonstrate
this!
